1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays) after your order is received and payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful checkout, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship our products worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Orders are typically shipped via reliable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, as well as regional postal services. The specific carrier and service level for your order will be determined based on your location and the most efficient routing.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time to your delivery address is 6 to 12 business days. Please note that this is an estimated range provided by our logistics partners and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Customs clearance procedures
Local postal service delays
Weather events or natural disasters
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
You can track your package's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
5. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States:
You are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT (Value-Added Tax) levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These fees are not included in your product total or shipping costs and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery. Chemical Guys Hub has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
6. Order Tracking and Lost Packages
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every order. It is your tool to monitor the delivery status.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 15 business days after shipment) or the carrier confirms a loss, please contact us at support@chemicalgoyshub.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may involve initiating a trace or sending a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
7. Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If the shipping box appears severely damaged, you may note this with the carrier at the time of delivery. If the contents are damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged box and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chemicalgoyshub.com. We will assist you in filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
