This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.
1. General Refund & Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a refund.
Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and boxes.
Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team. To request an RMA, please contact us at support@chemicalgoyshub.com. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
2. Refund Process
To complete your refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email support@chemicalgoyshub.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day window.
Get Instructions:Â Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with an RMA number and the correct return shipping address.
Ship the Item:Â Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Certain items and situations are exempt from being refunded:
Opened or Used Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any chemical products that have been opened, used, or are not in a resalable condition. This includes liquids, sprays, waxes, compounds, and any consumable supplies.
Final Sale Items:Â Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:Â Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Damaged in Return Transit:Â We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during their return shipment to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering insurance.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we approved it, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then, contact your bank or payment processor, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

5. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will apologize for the error and provide a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will ship out the correct item promptly or issue a full refund.
